I bought 4 new Michelin tires for my SRX on 2/14/20 and did not take the warranty due to mis-information . On 3/4/20 I picked up a screw on the side wall which could not be repaired. Since I had just bought the tires, and was mis-informed of the warranty, I asked if I could receive a discount on another tire. I was told no because Crest already sell the tires at a discount. I bought another Michelin tire and purchased the warranty but was not at all happy about the whole situation. Very dis-satisfied customer at this point :(
