BASE PRICE
This is the lowest price of a new vehicle and includes all standard equipment without any options. This is the price you see printed on the Monroney Sticker. 

BLUE BOOK
This refers to Kelley Blue Book, and is a common guide dealers use for estimating the value of a used vehicle. It is available both online and in book form. 
DESTINATION CHARGE
The cost of transporting the vehicle from the manufacturer to the dealership location. This fee is incorporated into the purchase price of a new vehicle. 

INVOICE PRICE
The price a dealer pays for a new vehicle from the manufacturer. This includes the destination charge. 
MONRONEY STICKER
This is a sticker required by federal law that is placed on the window of every new vehicle. The sticker lists the base price, all standard equipment, any options, and fuel efficiency information.
 
TITLE
A legal document that shows ownerships of a vehicle and can be used to transfer ownership from one person to another. 
TRADE IN VALUE
The amount a dealership agrees to pay for a used vehicle. This amount is usually used as a credit or part of a down payment towards the purchase of new or used vehicle.
